Day 1 International Flight to South Africa
Overnight flight. Depending on your departure and arrival date you will fly with
one of our airline carriers.
Day 2 Arrive in Johannesburg
Upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport you will be met by a local China
Travel Services South Africa representative, who will accompany you to your awaiting
coach.
A transfer from Johannesburg to Pilanesberg National Park will follow, with a stop
en route at the Lesedi Cultural Village. The tour begins at the Ndebele
village, where the introduction to the cultural experience begins. This is followed
by a guided tour of the other four ethnic homesteads - Zulu, Basotho, Xhosa and
Pedi. Guests are then treated to a Pan African Buffet in the Nyama Choma Restaurant
– "The Greatest African Feast".
After you have enjoyed the African experience, your transfer vehicle will take you
to Pilanesberg National Park. Depending on your arrival time, check in and enjoy
a welcome drink before your afternoon game drive. Pilanesberg National Park is a
malaria free zone and excellent for viewing game. Watch the African sunset and take
photos of the Big Five- Lion, Elephant, White and Black Rhino, Buffalo and Cheetah.
Enjoy dinner at the boma area, where you can engage and share your African experience
with your fellow guests.

Day 3 Pilanesberg - Sun City
Today you will be transferred to Sun International's, world famous Sun City Resort
where you can enjoy an array of extra optional activities, ranging from gambling
to playing golf at the Gary Player designed course or the Lost City course, visiting
the Valley of the Waves and of course dining in one of the many fine restaurants.
Sun City’s most exciting feature is the Palace of the Lost City, with its unique
elaborate architecture and unmistakable African pulse, in the dry rugged bushveld
area. In the late afternoon you will be collected and taken back to your overnight
accommodation. Enjoy dinner in the bush setting while you dine under the stars.

Day 4 International Flight to China
Enjoy an early morning game drive when game viewing is said to be at its best. Return
later that morning for a full breakfast before check out. You will be transferred

Deposit
In order to confirm a reservation CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES SOUTH AFRICA requires a
40% non-refundable deposit immediately and the balance of payment is required 60
days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 60 days prior to travel – no charge
- 45 days prior to travel – 50% cancellation fee
- 31 days prior to travel – 75% cancellation fee
- 30 days and less prior to travel – 100% cancellation fee
CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES reserves the right to cancel all services booked by CHINA
TRAVEL SERVICES should full payment not be received prior to arrival.
For short lead-time bookings, CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES would allow for 5 days from
time of confirmation until payment reaches us before CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES would
cancel any services booked.

Travel Insurance
All clients must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal
effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation
and curtailment as the booking will be subject to cancellation penalties as detailed
above.
Visas and Passports
It is important that you thoroughly check your visa requirements before your intended
date of travel, as CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES cannot be held responsible should necessary
visa requirements not be fulfilled. All visitors to South Africa are required by
law to have a minimum of two blank pages in their passport to enable the entry visa
to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport, entry will be denied
and the person is likely to be detained pending return to their country of origin.
Air Tickets
In order to comply with international insurance requirements all airline tickets
must clearly show the passenger’s title, name and surname (as indicated in their
passport). As this applies to both scheduled and charter flights we would be grateful
if you could provide us with this information at the time of your reservation. The
air fare and airport tax quoted are current and are subject to change without prior
warning should the airline impose an increase in rates for any reason. Should the
fare quoted not be available at the time of booking the next applicable fare will
be booked and amended costs advised accordingly. Please note that fares may increase
between time of booking, time of payment and the ticket being issued. CHINA TRAVEL
SERVICES cannot be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain
routings or change scheduled timetables resulting in missed connections. Should
an amendment in routing or itinerary be necessary, any additional costs incurred
will not be borne by CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES.
General
Malaria
It is important that you take precautions against malaria prior to the commencement
of your holiday. We recommend that you contact your doctor, pharmacist or travel
advisory clinic for advice on the Malaria areas and as to which prophylactic is
recommended.
Yellow Fever
Yellow fever vaccinations are no longer a legal requirement for entry into Tanzania
or Zanzibar. Please note however that your country of origin, or other countries
visited on your tour may require this certificate upon your re-entry. Please confirm
with a travel clinic prior to travel.
Dietary Requirements
Any special dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking or well in advance
of check-in. We will do our utmost to comply with your requirements.
Preferred Clothing on Safari
We recommend light cotton shirts and trousers / shorts. The best colours are khaki,
beige and white. Light cotton, long sleeved clothing is recommended for game drives.
Evenings can be cool/cold on game drives and some form of jersey or windbreaker
is recommended even during the summer months.
Gratuities
Tipping is at your discretion. The lodge manager will be able to assist with guidelines.
