South African Tourism has carefully reviewed rate increases for INDABA and kept them to a minimum with some new exciting value-add package options and structure discounts for exhibitors.

Incentives & Discounts

For the very first time, INDABA is offering loyal exhibitors a loyalty incentive.

Incentives and discounts apply to floorspace costs only and does not apply to packages and services.

TOMSA MEMBERS Registered TOMSA levy collector as at 31 July with all TOMSA levies collected paid over to the TBCSA	10%
TGCSA MEMBERS Registered TGCSA member as at 31 July	5%
EARLY BIRD RATE All exhibitors that contractually sign up for INDABA 2014 and INDABA 2015 and pay 100% of their INDABA 2014 exhibition fees by 31 October 2013 (see note 1)	5%
LOYALTY DISCOUNT – 6 years and above All exhibitors that have been an exhibitor at INDABA for 6 consecutive years (by INDABA 2013)	10%
LOYALTY DISCOUNT 5 years and below All exhibitors that have been an exhibitor at INDABA for less than 6 years (by INDABA 2013) and are not a first-time exhibitor at INDABA 2014	5%
NEW EXHIBITOR INCENTIVE All exhibitors that would be an exhibitor at INDABA 2014 for the first time	10%
Maximum discount % is however limited to (irrespective of how many of the above categories an exhibitor qualify for)	25%

Note 1: All exhibitors that pay their INDABA 2015 exhibition fees by 31 October 2013 will receive a further 5% discount on their INDABA 2015 exhibition fees.
The above discounts are subject to approval by Pure Grit Project and Exhibitions (Pty) Ltd and subject to the criteria to participate at INDABA.

Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
